    Banana Crepes with Horchata Sauce

    Breakfast and snacks will have an spectacular Horchata flavor with this banana crepes recipe.

    Ingredients 

    SAUCE 

    • 1 bag Natura’s Horchata mix 
    • 1-1/2 cup milk 
    • 4 oz cream cheese

    CREPES 

    • 4 medium bananas
    • Butter 
    • 8 ready made crepes 


    Directions 

    • Prepare Natura’s Horchata mix. One bag yields half a gallon or 8 glasses of 8 oz each
    • In a blender, mix 4 glasses of prepared Horchata, milk and cream cheese until completely blended 
    • Pour mixture into a pan and heat until it boils. Remove from heat after boiling.
    • Slice bananas and put them in a pan with 2 teaspoons   butter, cook until banana turns golden brown 
    • Fill crepes with bananas and drizzle sauce on top
