    Christmas Horchata Rompope (Mexican Eggnog)

    This is our own version of this traditional Christmas drink. We use our Horchata mix to make this delicious Rompope (Mexican eggnog)

    Ingredients:

    • 1 bag Natura’s Horchata mix
    • 1 can (13.5 oz) cream of coconut 
    • 1/2 cup condensed milk 
    • 1/2 cup white rum
    • 1/8 tsp nutmeg 
    • Cinnamon powder (for garnish)

    Directions:

    • Make Natura’s Horchata according to directions ( 1 bag yields half a gallon or 8 glasses of 8oz each)
    • Blend all the ingredients at high speed until completely blended and mix all with the Horchata mix prepared.
    • Refrigerate to chill
    • Serve in  small glasses and garnish with cinnamon powder
