    Hibiscus with Chia

    Sunny and warm days!! All we need is a refreshing Hibiscus drink with the health benefits of Chia and cinnamon. The whole family will love this recipe!

    Ingredients:


    Directions:

    • Prepare Natura’s Hibiscus  mix according to directions ( 1 bag yields half a gallon or 8 cups of 8 oz each)
    • Boil 1/2 cup of water and infuse it with a cinnamon stick. Let it cool when infused.
    • Pour prepared Hibiscus in a pitcher, add cinnamon infused water, and Chia. Refrigerate to chill. 
    • Serve in tall glass with ice.
