    Peach and Tamarind Jello

    Prepare a different dessert with the sweet-sour taste of Tamarind.

    Ingredients:

    • 1 bag Natura’s Tamarind 
    • 4-1/4 cup water 
    • 3 packets gelatin 
    • 3 sliced peaches

    Directions:

    • Prepare Natura’s Tamarind mix according to instructions ( 1 bag yields half a gallon or 8 glasses of 8 ounces each )
    • Hydrate gelatin in 3/4 cup of water and then double boil until it completely melts 
    • Mix gelatin with prepared Tamarind and pour in molds , add a peach slice to each section 
    • Refrigerate until jello sets 
    • Serve with peach slices
