    Pina Colada Frosting


    Cheesecakes, cakes and cupcakes will have a unique flavor with this Piña Colada frosting. Use this mix to create a delicious coconut and pineapple flavor!

    Ingredients:

    • 4 tsp cornstarch 
    • 12 oz concentrated Natura’s  Piña Colada (mix 6-7 tbs Natura’s Piña Colada mix with 8 oz water)
    • 2 tbs lemon juice 
    • 2 drops yellow food coloring 

    Directions:

    • Mix cornstarch and the rest of the ingredients a small pan
    • Simmer , stirring frequently 
    • Simmer for about a minute until mixture thickens 
    • Let it cool and spread on bake good
