Piña Colada Spritz with Mint

If pineapple is your favorite drink, why don’t you share this delicious recipe of a refreshing Spring spritz?! 

Ingredients:

• 1 bag Natura’s Piña Colada mix 
• 2 oz White Rum
• 1 Mint sprig 
• Pineapple chunks 
• 1 can plain mineral water 
• Ice

Directions:

• Prepare Natura’s Piña Colada  mix according to directions (1 bag yields 1/2 gallon or 8 glasses of 8 oz each)
• Crush pineapple on the bottom of a glass with mint
• Add 6 oz. prepared  Piña Colada mix, rum and top off with mineral water and ice
