Tamarind Mezcalito 

Ingredients: 

• 1 bag Natura’s Tamarind mix 
• 1 oz Mezcal
• 4 oz. Tonic water 
• 1 tsp sal
• 1 Serrano pepper cut in slices 

.

Directions: 

• Prepare Natura’s Tamarind according to directions ( 1 bag yields half a gallon or 8 cups of 8 in. each)
• Pour 4 oz prepared Tamarind in a mixing glass, add ice, mezcal, tonic water, mix well 
• Pour in a glass over ice, add pepper slices and sprinkle with salt.
